History:
We've been living among Albanians since 1985 when we joined a Frontiers team working with Albanians in Kosova. At that time Albania was a completely closed communist country and Americans weren't even allowed in as tourists. By 1991, however, in the wake of communism's fall throughout Eastern Europe, we were able to move into Albania and take part in the first evangelistic campaign in 40 years. Immediately thereafter we were "handed" a church of brand-new believers and thus began the Disciples of Jesus Church.
